At this time, West Fork Services Inc. supports 65 to 70 individuals in both Residential and Vocational Services. To serve these individuals, we identify their needs and provide those services that will assist them to lead a successful life. At West Fork Services, we supply these individuals information to make informed choices and decisions.

We change the services as necessary to meet the needs given to us by the person served. We look at individual, family, socioeconomic, and cultural needs. We look for results such as: inclusion in community activities, ability to perform activities of daily living, and self-direction, self-determination, self-reliance, and self-esteem.

West Fork Services Inc. currently serves approximately 70 individuals in residential and employment services. West Fork Services, Inc. is a 3 year CARF accredited facility.

We package and distribute Jumpy Monkey premium coffee to the community and surrounding communities. This coffee is packaged and distributed by individuals with disabilities.

West Fork Services, Inc. was established in 1981 as Humboldt Workshop, Inc. and began providing employment services in their current location in 1986. In October of 1984 the first group home was opened.
